The Living Well Way
is a perspective and a set of life skills that empowers you to address challenge after challenge with a sense of calm and confident resourcefulness.

This powerful process combines guided imagery, self-hypnosis and coaching with what I call the Three I's: Intuition, Intention and Integrity:
Intuition - You know what you want without thinking about it.
Intention - You commit to bringing what you want into your life.

The LWW process is easy to learn and produces immediate positive results.

• You can develop the basic LWW perspective and skills in just a few private sessions or through a single workshop. The custom audio recordings I make while working with you, as well as my Deep Relaxation CD, enable you to hone the skills you learn, maintain your desired changes, and remember time and again that you are the highly resourceful shaper of your own life.

• At any time, you can choose to receive more training in the Living Well Way or work on a different issue by taking another workshop or scheduling an additional series of private sessions.

You can apply this process to any level of change you're ready to make.

• You can use the LWW process to make a particular behavior change quickly and effectively. It can help you sleep more soundly, stop smoking, reduce performance anxiety, develop better eating and exercise habits, ease pain, eliminate phobias, prepare for surgery, and so on.

• The LWW can help you navigate major life transitions and make wise decisions as you shape your future, whether you are making changes in your work or relationship life, recovering from a health crisis or other form of loss, relocating your home or business, or transforming the way you view and express yourself.

You develop and focus two capacities you've had since birth.

Capacity #1—Entering the hypnotic state: You enter this natural state several times a day and move through every level of it as you fall asleep at night. In the hypnotic state you have access to your subconscious mind and your intuition and can make new decisions about what you think, feel and believe and how you act. You need no longer be driven by past conditioning that may have nothing to do with who you really are. Through the Living Well Way you learn to use your ability to enter a hypnotic state deliberately to accomplish the changes you desire. You uncover old beliefs that interfere with your making these changes and replace these with new ways of perceiving yourself, others and the world.

Capacity #2—Using your imagination: You use this powerful capacity countless times every day, from deciding what to wear in the morning or which route to take to work to selecting a new computer system or envisioning the next five years of your life.
